Art, wool, and territory in constant dialogue

Craftsmanship and innovation:
from the Karrantza Valley to the world

From large tapestries to fashion accessories; from artistic installations to designs applied to gastronomy or sports, we explore new possibilities for a native fiber with enormous ecological and cultural value: Carranzana sheep's wool.

Each project demonstrates that Basque wool is not just a material, but a living story that brings authenticity, identity, and differentiation to any context. A fiber that reinvents itself and makes its way in international markets, always maintaining its roots in the territory.

Carranzana Wool Mats — Waman Restaurant

In April 2025, we collaborated with the Waman restaurant to bring Carranzana sheep’s wool to the table. We created textile mats that served as a support for a dish that unites mountain and sea: gatzatua with barnacles, codium seaweed, and sea lettuce ice cream.
These mats are not only an aesthetic support: they bring warmth, story, and coherence to the dish, claiming wool as a raw material with ecological and cultural value. A collaboration that reaffirms that Basque wool not only provides warmth, but also tells stories, excites, and transforms.
